Refund and cancellation policy
Premium is a short, fixed plan paid once. Here is what can and cannot be refunded. Last updated 6 September 2026.
Cancellation
There is nothing to cancel. Premium runs for the number of days you paid for and then stops on its own; it never renews or charges again. If you do not want it any longer, simply do not pay again.
Refunds
Payments are final. No refunds are made, in full or in part, for unused days, for changing your mind, or because a feature that depends on a third party (a job board, a model provider, Apify) behaved differently than you hoped.
We do refund, in full, when the payment went wrong on our side:
- you were charged and the plan was never activated on your account;
- you were charged twice for the same plan;
- a payment Razorpay marks as failed took money from you: those are reversed by Razorpay and your bank on their own, usually within five to seven working days, without you asking.
Write to gixts@hrsraiden.com from your account's email with the payment id shown in the app or in Razorpay's receipt. Approved refunds are issued through Razorpay to the same card, UPI id or account within two working days of approval, and reach you in five to seven working days depending on your bank.
When premium is ended by us
Premium may be ended without refund when its features are exploited: automated abuse, sharing the account, reselling access, or use that harms the service or other people, as set out in the terms.
